Caution money

Respected sir/madam
my collage is not refunding my caution money everytime they give excuses and around 4 months have passed. please guide me what are the legal action i can take against collage?

Go to the consumer forum and lodge a complaint.

Issue a legal notice and then file a civil suit as educational institutions have been brought out of consumer fora jurisdiction.

Yes. You should also specifically mention the expenses incurred by you for the litigation and should also demand thereto.
