is there any authority as when caveat is pending ad-intream order of injunction can be granted, if any one have such kind of authority pls reply.

No there is no such authority.
The court can not violate the statute.

I agree with Mr. Burman
it is mandatory provision and duty of the court to issue the notice to caveator before passing any order against the caveator. or not only passing after sending notice the court empowered to heard the opposite party otherwise not.
