sir my question is my mama have cc limit against our property before 10 year but now he is not giving us proper detail..... cc limit from central bank of india sahazana bad bhopal branch how can i get the deatail can i stop that cc limit plz need help

Since the loan was secured on your property hence your status is that of guarantor and you have a right to ask for the status of the account from the bank so please contact bank. If rhe cc limit is regular and you do not want to continue your guarantee yu may request the bank to release the gurantee

Send registered letter to the concerned Branch.
Send Registered AD letter to concerned Bank that you want to withdraw your guarantee and the borrower be asked to arrange for alternate guarantee.
Being a guarantor, you can use RTI to get information regarding CC account.
