Dear eminent experts,
Kindly let me know how should i submit CCTV & mobile recordings to the IO.
CCTV is installed in my home and is owned by me.
mobile phone also belongs to me.
Do i need to transfer relevant portions of video in pen drive?
or how exactly do i need to submit them during investigation or before court?

You can inform the IO about the evidences available with you and give them the same by pendrive or CD or any other mode they may insist.
At the time of trial you can produce the same along with a certificate under section 65B of Indian Evidence Act to establish the facts before court.

The original documents can be submitted by the prosecution witness/ defacto complainant before the court during trial proceedings but a copy can be submitted to the IO for investigation and filing of charge sheet purposes.
