Dear All,
One cell phone provider starts to build tower next to the primary school(up to standard five). Within 5 meter range.
Delhi high court ordered to remove the towers nearer to the schools on march 2013.
How to stop this installation of the tower?
Can we have the judgement copy?
This issue is the life of the school children.

Dear Client,
You file a suit for permanent injunction in a civil court, pending which you can get interim injunction or stay orders for continuing with the installation of the tower by the authorities concerned in violation of Delhi High court orders on this issue . You can also file contempt of court proceedings against the authorities against installation after getting the Judgement copy of the High court in Writ proceedings. You can get the judgement copy after filing an application with the high court and initiate contempt proceedings against the cell phone authorities. You can also file another Writ and seek necessary relief as Installation of tower near the school is clearly in violation of Your Right to clean environment and Health etc, if they/the violators are public authorities.

You file compliant to Pollution control Board cite Judgement of Delhi High Court. Radiation is very danger to the health of students, Public and you will get relief immediately.
