I want to get train in Real estate law in Hyderabad. Is any training / university, which provides this certificate course? Any city other than Hyderabad also fine.

I don't know situation of Andra Pradesh - Telangana but generally, only Land Revenue Code is taught in LLB , and all other state laws student are required to do self study , Central Law like Transfer of Property act is also covered but new RERA is just recent so everyone self study.
There are some private people who teach Property law to Architect, real estate agent they have newspaper in Mumbai http://accommodationtimes.com/
But never saw their course material as I felt it may not be upto my expectation, but you can try with them
But again there can be difference between two state laws that is Maharashtra and your .
Now there can be some person who can be teaching privately some laws for Real Estate agent because in other town like Pune I saw board of private classes even for LLB , try with similar people
