Certified copies of photocopies

Wife has submitted certain photocopies of complaints in 498a case in court .I had applied to get certified copies of the same ,but clerk denied giving saying that can't give certified copies of photocopies of document submitted in the court .
How do I get certified copies of the complaint ?

Unless documents formally proved in court, you can not ask for its certified copy.

Can the documents in 498 case be summoned /asked for evidence via. family court ?

you lawyer can file CA to all the document, if the clerk denied, you lawyer can mentioned before the judge. individual person could not get copy of document.

I agreed with expert Shri Sheik Mohammed Ali. Your lawyer (who is representing you) can ask all the copies filed by the opposite parties. Actually the other party lawyer should supply a copy to your lawyer whatever documents he files in the case.

The clerk has got no rights to deny that, file a copy application before the court and make a personal representation through your lawyer seeking certified copies of the same, if the same is denied again, you may file an application to produce the said documents.
