Sir,
An applicant in a suit has filed/produced xerox copy of the document in his support. Can certified copy of it be obtained?
Can Document obtained under RTI 2005 be filed/produced in the court?

such document can not be obtained under RTI Act, however the party to the suit may get the certified copy of it.

photocopy cannot form part of exhibited documents so its copy can also be not obtained.
Documents received under RTI Act can be produced before court in the evidence.

Sir,
But the demarcation case decided on the basis of those basis. Do the document obtained under RTI Act bear the seal of issuing authority?

yes documents obtained under rti act can be produced before court in the evidence,provided the copy is a certified one(You can specify the requirement of certified copy with the office seal at the time of rti request)

Any document obtained under RTI Act can be produced before the Court. Based on the relevance, the same can be marked as exhibits

The document received under RTI can be filed/produced before the Court, but the concerned or authorized person of the issuing authority to be summoned as witness to exhibit the same in evidence.

Sir, if the document received under RTI is to be used against the same issuing authority, will they witness?

Definitely. Only issuing authority can prove/exhibit its document in evidence before the Court, apart from if the witness did not turn up to give evidence in the Court despite service of summons, the Court shall compel the said witness for his appearance under order 16 rule 10 of Civil Procedure Code.
