But my agreement is registered and stamp duty paid
Now I want to sell my flat
Will there be any problem for selling the flat

Now if I have to register my chain agreement is it necessary that the builder and 1st party is required
If they are not available what is the next step

You have to get your sale agreement registered.
The execution of the registered sale deed shall be done by the vendor or the builder who sold you the property.
You cannot get the registered sale deed executed by yourself.
