M selling my flat the buyer is taking the loan the property is was brought by the 1st seller in 1983 v have the original documents but the banks says its a copy as the revenue stamp is for stuck but showing stamped the bank says its a copy but it's not.. registration of flat is done but loan disbursement is pending due to this what do v do

Yes, Bank is right , you have only agreement to sale of flat and not registered sale deed and agreement to sale does not confer title ( ownership ) of flat.Bank will not sanction loan to buyer on such document.

Your query is not clear. How did the seller buy it i.e. by way of a sale deed or a sale agreement? Revenue stamp never affixed on these two documents. Bank authorities ask for a copy of the original document with previous documents.

The first owner agreement states "Agreement for sale" that is from the builder to the 1st owner also the stamps says special adhevise

Show the document to a local prudent lawyer for appreciation and analyses and proper advise. Facts posted by you are ambigous and not very clear to form an opinion and oblige.
