Sir/madam,

I want to challenge the registered will made by my father in law. Can anyone please send me the format of the petition since I want to appear as party in person

As you have decided to appear as party in person then you may have to work on the preparation of petition also as per prescribed procedures of law, without the knowledge of legal procedures you cannot navigate through the case as well.
You can engage the services of an advocate on the terms of chosen lawyer only for this purpose also.

Please post the material facts. In the normal course, you are not one among the legal heirs to the and hence has no standing to challenge the Will. Being not a party to the proceedings, how can you hope to appear in person?
