Challenging the will

My Maternal uncle is dead and has left no Will but after three yrs of his death his Cousin uncles grandson presented the will which was not registered till his death but somehow manages to get it registered under sec 40. what i think he has false will and all the evidences are also false.

My maternal uncle's father did 3 marriages. From first wife my mom took birth , from second my maternal uncle and from third one daughter.

My mom is dead now can i claim for property and can i challenge the will.
