Hello, I am Kalyan From Sangareddy, Hyderabad Suburban. I Want to Change my DOB in Passport.
My Original DOB is 1986, DOB Entered in Passport/Certificate is 1989, Looking Out for a Way to Fix The Issue Safely,Peacefully Without Troubling Anyone.(School, SSC Board/ Inter Board/DOB Issuing Authority and My Father as he is a Gov Emp).
If There is any Way to get it Done Safely & Peacefully Without Troubling Anyone, Plz let Me Know ASAP.

what is date of birth reflected in your birth certificate? on basis of birth certificate make application for change of date of birth in passport .
school leaving certificate changes have to be made within period of 2 years . it cannot be changed now without court order

DOB Registered by my parents in SSC Certificates is 1989, including DOB Certificate from Tahsildars Office.

Is There any Way to Change DOB in Passport Now from 1989 to 1986 ???
I Passed Out SSC in 2004.

you have to first get your date of birth changed in your birth certificate .
changes in SSC certificate after 10 years can only be made by court orders

Since your birth certificate, SSC certificate and passport are having same dob, it would be difficult to change it.
ou have to approach court with adequate proofs for your DOB to be changed and have to get orders for Municipality, SSC board and passport authority for the change.
