Change of birth date in passport. advice needed

Hello, need your urgent advice on this. I have my date of birth in my birth certificate and passport as 17.12.1986. This birth certificate was taken out for some urgent need by my parents during that time. I also have my original birth certificate which has the date 17.12.87 and all my documents have the same date of 17.12.87 . How can i change the DOB on my passport? Is it possible? I want to apply for work visa abroad and i need this on urgent basis. If any one from Kolkata can help i will be grateful for the same. Please answer

make an application to passport office for correction of year of birth in passport . produce original birth certificate for verification .
basically you have to visit the Passport office in this regard

Which is the first certificate and who has issued the same, is that Registrar of Birth and Death, or some other person? if it is Registrar of Birth and Death, then question arise how the registrar has given the certificate , because the need may be urgent but the information is not urgent it is always right and accurate, and if you produce another one certificate mention the new date of birth before the office of passport, than question arise how it happen, how the registrar has given two different date of birth for a same boy, another one thing when you have obtained the Passport is this before obtaining the new birth certificate or latter, if after than what made you not present the genuine one that is new one, another one thing during the process of passport you have submitted the education certificate or not if yes than how they have not fond the difference the date of birth because in your education certificate date of birth is 87 and in the birth certificate 86, so let it clear what are the papers you have submitted before the office of Passport during the process of passport, when the certificate is issued, when the passport is issued like this.......

What is the birth date on your educational certificates.If the DOB on passport was a clerical mistake, it can easily be rectified.
It is strange that two birth certificates were issued from same office having different particulars and you got your passport on the wrong DOB due to this. Your role in this is not free from doubts and now you want to take benefit again for the reason not known, and want to get this change.
