Change of date of birth in 10th certificate

SIR, MYSELF JERIN JOSEPH, A RESIDENT OF KERALA, MY FATHER WAS IN ARMY AND WE CHANGED ALMOST 8 SCHOOLS, AS I COMPLETED MY 10TH (2007-2008)FROM K.V NO. 4 JALLANDHAR CANTT, PUNJAB, AFTER THAT WE SHIFTED TO KERALA AS MY FATHER RETIRED,IN MY 10TH MY DATE OF BIRTH IS 30/10/1992 BUT MY ORIGINAL DATE OF BIRTH IS 30/09/1992, NOW AS I AM IN MY FINAL YEAR BBA AND GOT A CHANCE TO DO MY MBA IN UK, BUT FOR THAT I NEED TO CHANGE MY DATE OF BIRTH IN 10TH CERTIFICATE, BUT ACCORDING TO THE RULES OF CBSE THEY DO NOT ENTERTAIN ANY CHANGE AFTER 2 YEARS OF RESULT DECLARATION,,,SO I AM IN A GREAT MESS HERE AS I AM PLANNING TO MOVE TO UK BY SEPTEMBER 2013.........PLEASE SUGGEST ME THE SOLUTION TAKING LEAST TIME

As per the examination bye-laws request for correction in date of birth will be’ entertained within two years of the date of declaration of result of class X examination. No correction whatsoever shall be made on application submitted after the said period of two years

you will need to move court and obtain necessary orders in this regard

you will have to file suit for declaration in jalandhar . as you had completed your studies ie X std in jalandhar

A suit for declaration is only remedy to be filed at jalandhar as you have completed your Xth at jalandhar.
