this is Nageswar Rao, i would like to change my name. as existing name is like OLD.

age 23,Dwarakatirumala(MDL), WG DIST, AP.

Employed in Private Org- Gurgaon(HR)

u have to approach the gazzatee dept. of concerned state and they will provide u the formalities with respect to change of name and there after your changed name will be published.
