Change of lawyer

Hi All Experts,
I am going through divorce in Family court,and not satisfied with my lawyer.
I want to change my lawyer could you please suggest what are the precautions i need to take before i made him aware of my decision.

see all his bills are cleared till date . keep copy of all case papers with you . then ask fro NOC to engage a lawyer .

ask him to withdraw his vakalatnama from ur case in court and take back ur file from from him.
