How can client change lawyer who is not giving NOC

Generally courts do not require NOC from previous lawyers even though it is a provision so tell the actual position before court which shall allow you to change your counsel even without NOC.

client can change lawyer any time ! NOC IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THAT !PLZ PAY ALL FEE OF THAT LAWYER , OTHERWISE GO TO BAR FOR COMPLAINT

GENERALLY NOC IS REQUIRED, OTHERWISE THE CONCERN ADV. REF UR CASE TO THE JUDGE AS NOT PAID FEE ETC.,IT WILL BE EM BRASSING SITUATION BEFORE BENCH. ALWAYS BAR AND BENCH MAINTENANCE GOOD RELATIONS.

HENCE BETTER SETTLE WITH OLD AND JUMP TO NEW IS GOOD. IN THE INTEREST OF UR CASE.

File a petition before the Court informing the fact that, you intend to change your counsel.Brief the facts, that lead you to act so. Court can pemit you to engage new counsel, though no objection was not given by the earlier counsel.

generally the court do not ask for NOC for change of lawyer pay all disputed fees or make application to Bar Council of that State further whilie appointing the fresh lawyer makke it a point to mention in the vakalatnama tnat ''I/We hereby revoke all authorisation made by me previously ''

Client can change lawyer at any time, generally courts do not require NOC from previous lawyers.
