Change of mother name(to maiden name) in child birth certificate

Hello,
i have been divorced two years before through mutual consent and the custody of child is with me.
on birth certificate of my child my name is of after marriage name. but now i want to change it to my previous name ie maiden name.
i have change my name in all documents legally. now just want to change on birth certificate of my child.
please help me whether i can change it and how?

Why you should change the name in the certificate of your child.
It is a fact that you beget a child when you were in wedlock with your ex-husband.
Hon. court rightly gave the cusdoian righsts to you.
Motherhood has got a lot of sanctity, please do not dilute it.
No court will say that you beget a child while when you were not married(maiden name) . Why this question is raised now.
