i am a muslim boy, I love a hindu girl and want to marry her.
she is ready to convert to islam, what is the legal procedure for us to marry?
and what are the legal issues we can face?

why you want her to convert ?if you love her dont ask her to convert now . get married under special marriage act . both ca retain their religion

Dear Author,
are You really love that girl? if yes than why you look upon her faith? There is LOVE where is no WAR.
If you want to marry with her then go by path way of special Marriage act.
In Articles 25, 26, 27 and 28, provides religious freedom to all citizens of India. The objective of this right is to sustain the principle of secularism in India. According to the Constitution, all religions are equal before the State and no religion shall be given preference over the other. Citizens are free to preach, practice and propagate any religion of their choice.

If you marriage under Special Marriage Act, no legal issues. But you may face many social issues. You both must have already given thought over them hence I do not wish to narrate them here.
