Change report not filed since 26 years

R/Sir,

there is our trust established in 1987 and there is provision of election after three years according to bye laws.But even a single election is not conducted and change report is not filed. Now threee members already dead. whether we have to file all change report which iwe missed. Kindly guide.

Is your trust is registered? if not then don't worry, if yes the as early as possible you act as per your trust by laws and regularize the said Trust.

For registered trust, try to fulfill the requirements under the bye laws of the trust as early as possible.
