Respected all,
I was working in a Finance company & left the same in 2003.
In 2004, some clients filed criminal case against company, its directors & employees for non-payments of deposits u/s 420, 406, 467, 120B. (Now case is state vs accused)
Recently in May, 2013, Honorable ACMM Court framed the charges on all the accused u/s 420 & 406 as well as dropped the section 467 & 120B.
As already stated, I was mere an employee and left the job almost one year before the FIR, further, this fact was clearly mentioned and accepted by I.O. in the bail order.
Kindly suggest, can I appeal against the framing of charges, if yes where, under which section and what’s the time limit.
Please let me know, the chances in appeal in this type of cases. If possible please provide any case matter if available…

You should have gone to high court for quashing long ago. Now it is too late for it.
Now you can file discharge application .

Chances of quashing or discharge is always very bleak.
