Dear sir I had taken loan from bank and I was regularly paying my emi in time but unfortunately I got a letter from the bank that no installment has been paid from the month of September 2011 and their is no post dated cheque against the same when I went to check my bank account I found that the installment had been paid for the month of September as well as october 2011 now they are completely denying the fact and what steps should be taken from my end

Surely sir I have the bank statement along with the authorised signatory of the respective bank where I have my account

How you deposited the installment, by debit to your other account / by cheque / by cash? Have you got receipt of payment?
You have statement of account please confirm whether statement is of your loan account and installment is shown deposited or of the account from which installment was debited, ?
Whether some previous installment was in arrears /pending and the installment paid in sept. was adjusted towards this installment?
