Hi sir ...mine is love marriage.i have no support of my parents but in-laws support me.i have been married for 11 years.i have 1 daughter and 1 son.recently I came to know my husband has an affair with someone.i have seen there pics together in not to mention poses. Trusted him .but he cheated me.he deleted those pics .I have no proofs.from past one year he is cheating on me.that girls is not married.plz help what can I do....

Your in laws should make your husband stop his extra-marital affairs and concentrate towards his family.
You find the details of the woman involved with your husband and deal directly with her, firstly by yourself and if need be through Women Commission or Women Cell of Police of your State/city.
Moving out of marriage or filling cases against husband will not solve this problem rather it will aggravate the issue that will be detriment for you and your children.

Useless advices above are worth throwed into trash can. You take mutual divorce. Proving adultery is uphill task, in same energy you can find two new husabnds.

Love is ower. Now time to charge up, take divorce and find new partner. You were playing limited overs match. Now player change. Dont worry too much about punishing him etc. All that will feed some advocate.

Since your marriage is stated to be "love" marriage, what is the harm in having affair with some other lady? Why so jealous, when you got married in similar circumstances?

It is surprising as to how could she obtain mutual divorce without husband's consent.

Hi .... thank you all for your guidance...and dear Dr. J C Vashita ... thank you for Ur answer.i would like to tell u he is not my lover first of all he is my husband.secondly love marriage is also s marriage dear that doesn't certify a man that after love marriage he is permitted to have affair..as u said why so jealous..I am not jealous dear...I am angry with him.one more thing u said I too married in same circumstances how come that is true to u dear.i didn't had affair with married man .
We got married with all the retiuals... according to Hindu marriage act.so if u don't know the answer plz don't answer...I posted question for intelligent and experienced experts .....
