Cheating by religare

I purchased a holiday package from One Touch Soluttions which is a associate of Religare. I paid Rs.7685/-. They said it is vaild for one year.
When I wanted to book the holiday they were not reachable and changed their office address without information. After a long struggle I found a mail id and asked them to book the holiday. They asked me several details repeatedly and finally they never responded to my mails.

I lost money and also I never got any response from them and did not get the holiday package.

They royally cheated me.

Is there anyway I can take legal action against them and I want the company to compensate me.

issue legal notice for deficiency in service . then file complaint before consumer forum

Apart from Consumer Complaint you can register an FIR u/s 420IPC against the Company and its executives.
