One Delhi based bogus company had their Agent in Hyderabad cheated many members promising cheap interest loans and finally the culprits at delhi were got arrested by ccs police on my complaint followed by many others.The investigating officer, Mr.Ramavtar Tyagi handled this case and with the court orders their property and cash,to the tune of 25lacs was recovered and seized as per the reports/information given by the investigating officer.
I have been in touch with the officer over phone,enquiring as to when we will be getting our money back.Everytime some reason is quoted and Idonot know how to get correct status and what could be done to speed up the matter.
I request the expert panel to advise me and also help from the delhi based advocate to take up this issue. My amount involved was 1.75 lacs.Iam from Hyderabad.
