one of my known person named DR.SARODE asked me 10 lac for guaranteed job in LIC as ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER.
after deep thinking on this matter i asked Dr.SARODE for security amount he said i will give you PDC of my account.
now the cheque is BOUNCED.
please revert with roper guidance.

Dear Querist
there is no legal agreement or contract between you & him, but you can send a legal notice to him & demand your money if he is not ready to make payment within time period then file a criminal complaint against him before criminal court u/s 138 of Cr.PC.

you have not answered queries raised by expert as to whether you have any documentary evidence of offer made for job . in addition whether sum of Rs 10 lakhs was paid by cheque or not ?

Thanks to all of you for your guidance, one more thing i would like to know, i was agreed to pay sum of 10 lac to dr. if got job,
is there any possibilities of punishment for me or any charges on me.....?
am i liable for any charges or punishment...?
actually bit confused cause some of localize lawyers said we cant send a NOTICE by mentioning JOB PURPOSE transaction.
CAUSE ITS ILLEGAL, they suggest to mention FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE to DR.
