The Company has collected the warrant for sending it to Commissioner/Suptndt of police. In tunr, police will serve the warrant on accused. But many times warrant report is not coming and company unable to find out whether warrant has been received by police station or not.
Further, sales guy will not go to police for handing over the warrant to them.
My query is, what other way is available so that company will receive the warrant report which shows that warrant has been served on accused.

you have to collect warrant issued by court and visit local police station and accompany police on serving the warrant . the company has to take personal interest that warrant is served on time and report of service is received before next date

The dispatch register of the court shall be the sole document showing the true picture of the service of the warrant to the police on the part of the court for further service to the accused person. Similarly the file of the court can be got checked with due permission of the court whether the same warrant has been served or not t the accused person if company do not intend to go to police station.
