Cheque Bouncing Case

(Querist) 20 November 2015 This query is : Resolved
R/Experts In my complaint u/s 138 of 138 NI Act,accused never come present before court and ultimately find no other way after NBW and proceedings u/s 82/83 Crpc, court declarte him proclaimed offender and absconder and it was also mentioned in the order that copy of this order be also sent to concerned SHO Police station for further proceedings of 174 A IPC. Court also mentioned in order to register FIR in this regard. Now FIR under section 174A IPC registered last week in concerned police station and fir copy is been presented in front of court on current hearing and also accused is been declared absconder, my case file is been send to record room and to be revived upon the arrest of accused.
My question is that what will happen now? Police will find him or search him as FIR already Registered against him or I have to try to find him on my own to get him arrested?
The concerned police station which registered FIR will act on it or will take it lightly? And what I can do now in this case?
Kindly advice me what I should do now?
Thankyou

You can file a petition for attaching the properties of the proclaimed offender. By this order many of the proclaimed offenders will appear before the court.

You have to keep a watch on him, sooner you locate him, the police may be iformed who will inturn arrest and produce him before concerned magistrate for remand.
