one who have to give me a one lack and the amount was not giving that amount to me , no proof of amount given by us, and any body do not know , and nobody withness for that amount. how should collect amount from him at any section i can collect the amount from him .give me details and suggust me

it appears you have advanced 1 lakh in cash with no documentary evidence . send him a letter by Regd post AD stating the facts that one lakh was advanced , date of advance and request him to return the said amount . if he replies and admits his libality then you may have a case

You do not have any legal chance to recover the money, in the absence of any proof of your lending the money to him.

you should think to forget it as a bad debts,you may take the chance of notice suggested,but i guess a little hope that he will prove himself fool in writing,when he is ignoring your oral demand.

Try to collect evidence by way of voice/hidden camera recording etc.

The hidden camera evidence not admissable in your case.. Without any evidence you can't proceed your case..

Verbal contracts are also acceptable,however you need to accumulate the evidences like the day you financed the person proving any bank entry etc,try it by giving notice then proceed.
