Hi Experts,
I really need an advise to take wise decision on child custody. I have 4 years old girl baby. I am having custody and he got visitation on all sundays. He is a marine engineer.and 6 months on ship and shore. He is creating unnecessary problems when even he is in india. during visitaiton bring cameras and taking videos and giving all wrong thoughts to the child. i can see behaviour change in my child which makes me very sad. I want my daughter should not affect because of us. and he is well to do all things, and i cant fight with him for my rights now, as i have already fight with him for 4 years. i could achieve anything. in this situation he is keep on troubling with me putting all cases like child custody, defamation, Stay on dv case etc.. I want to be in case. Now i decided to give divorce to him with out any settlement. i want my child should grow in a peacuful situtation.
Question:
Can I approach my husband to put her in Gud residential school. wil it be the good solution for my problem, so the child dont know our problems and wil not suffer.
But i dont want to give my custody to him. I will have custody and lets the child be in residential school, wil go and see her whenever we want. Or is there is any other way to protect my child from this. Please suggest and advise me if I am wrong.

if you give child in residential school your husband will ask for custody of child . objective of giving child to you was that you can look after child personally . sending him to hostel is no solution

he wont be here in all the year. will be in sea for 6 months and what wil be the best solution for my problems to safe guard my child.

I never advise sending a child to boarding school and that too of a 4 years old child.
It is not a solution at all.
She is staying with you all the year. You should come to terms with the fact that he is her father and he has every right to talk to his daughter and the daughter has also every right to be affectionate to her father.
Do not deprive your daughter from getting the company of her father.
She needs both of you.
