Child custody in divorce by mutual consent

I am 31 years old and father of 2 kids. My son is 6 years old and daughter is 4 years old. My wife is seeking divorce by mutual content. She does not want custody of both the kids. In my case, will the court grant me custody of both of my kids if my wife agrees for it ?...as I have read that mostly girl child custody is given to the mother.

Your Consent will be final. MCD provide non appealable Order of the court, so u can get it, once wife do not want custody under MC.

Theere is no legal hitch in granting custody of your kids to you in MCD case

Since you are seeking divorce by mutual consent and the other party does not wish to have custody of the children, you are entitled for custody of both your children.
