Court grant visitation right to mother place , mother hurt father very badly,
Father lodge diary, have doctor report also.Mother went also police station
that she have not hurted,father injured self.
Father submit petition stating all the fact and asked visitation on court premises.
Mother object strongly,Judge give next date.
It is too tough for father to prove that he was hitted actually by mother
beside GD,Medical report ,Two witness (grand father,grand mother) no other prof
is there.
Will father get Visitation on court premise smoothly or unless prove the visitation
at court will not be given ?
After the incident father afraid,and not going to visit the minor

father cannot be denied viistation rights . however venue will be decided by court

If father state that state that he is afraid to going mother place ,
will court compel him to go mother place or arrange for neutral place or the discussion can go long, and father have to wait log period

yes. father can put his objections to go to the place of his estranged spouse apprehending personal safety and false allegations. He may suggest two to three places including the mediation centre of the court and these places shall not be inconvenient to the other party and the child.

father cna sk for neutral place as in past he has been assaulted by wife at her residence

opponent is highly objecting...saying that i have heart my self..i am unable to prove that she have wounded me...2 hearing already gone...but...still pending...what to do?
