Dear sir,Can a chit fund company regd.underIndian companies'act file a case for defult of chit arrears on a defaulter without board resolution to file a case by a foreman (manager)?

A chit fund company is not registered under provisions of the companies act.

while answer of Mr.Dhingra found in agreement,a chit fund concerned requires registration with Registrar of Firms,who also register NGO[SOCIETIES] and Partnership Firms.
