Chits agent not giving my money

Myself Vijaykumar in village my father save the money with Unregistered Chits Agents in village. In this chits 3 are the agents, the chits auction ended in 2012-13. They total amount receivable is Rs.105000/-. The 3 agents agreed to pay 35000/- each one orally. 2 agents paid as per their promise. But one of the agent given 9000/- out of 35000/-. Now he is saying that I don't have any responsibility, there is no evidence, I am not a agent and other bad words. Can you help me How I approach legally.

Any person shall not subscribe to an Un-athoirsed chit. it is your fault. However make a complaint against the un-athorised chit company/firm to the Registrar of Chits of your area/District with evidence or proof you have.
