After a MC of a CHS conducts a AGM what is the cut off date for submission of the Minutes of Meeting to the CHS members? There was a AGM held last year in Sept 2017 but the MC failed to finalize the meetings of the AGM and the same were never issued to the CHS members. I am a nominal member on the MC and my request to have monthly meeting of the MC falls on deaf ears? How often the MC members are required to meet ...is it monthly to discuss and resolve CHS issues? What is the recourse for this? I request the experts to please advise and assist. Thank you.

MC is not bound to submit the minutes of the meeting to each individual member within any stipulated date after the meeting. You can see the same in the office of the society any time after those are prepared. otherwise, will have to wait for the next AGM where the minutes of last AGM are read before the members.
You have the simple need to understand that the duly elected managing committee by the majority of the members of a society cannot be expected to work at the command and directive of each individual member. They have to work in the interest of the common membership as and when feels the need to discuss any important issue. They are not the paid servants of any individual member. The members, rather should feel obliged, if they offer to devote their precious time and knowledge to deal with the affairs of the members of the society free of cost.
Even if your society pays the members of the MC any salary or even fee, ,which neither feasible nor adequate, they are still not bound to fulfill the wishes of each individual member. They have to work in the common interest of the society as a whole.

Usually the minutes of the AGM should be distributed to the Society members within a period of 90 days, this period may be extended in case of exigencies. The meetings of the Managing Committee should be ideally held once each month, however it depends on the convenience of the Committee members to alter or amend the time period.
