had filed an request to the society for basic information but still after 30 days no response so where can a foolish member run pillar to post for help .....

Members of CHS have right to know bye laws, resolutions and relevant information concerning your society. If they do not inform you, you can complaint to registrar.

There can not be two opinion.you have right and on denial remedy is to complain before sub/deputy/registrar.

Only ROC is the right forum to ask for the information about a CHS. Take a route of the RTI.

Yes RTI is right even otherwise you have right to inspect the registers of society as a member. COmplain to Registrar if u r denised ur right
