staying in mumbai a member in chs had sent letter to society for car space but no reply all the parking are occupied many members are holding 2 to 3 parking while others have none / had approached sub registrar but they are telling unofficialy that parking is not their issue must go to court /is going to court the only option /where can i approch to or launch complaint so that action can be taken in mumbai .can i get parking in society premises or should as other members keep quite

You have to first lodge complaint before the Registrar or the Deputy Registrar of the Society.
If the same does not yield any result then file Writ petition before the High Court.

i disagree with barman . high court will not intervene in writ jursidction .
1) you have to lodge complaint with secretary to place the issue for consideration before managing Committee 2) model bye laws have laid down detailed guidelines for allotment of car parking slots . if slots are less than members then allotment of slots have to be by lots
3) if society is refusing to follow the model bye laws and no guidelines are laid down by AGm then you have to move cooperative court as registrar has refused to intervene
