My client was convicted and sentenced for six month imprisonment in a case us 174-A of IPC,He has alrteady undergone abt 50 days,kindly provide me any citation for undergone or acquittal in appeal.Thanx

Was the proclamation valid?
Was a warrant issued before proclamation?
