wife does not disclose fact that her first marriage was dissolve in the panchayat.divorce petition under section 11 of hma is pending.

whether she is entitle for maintaince under section 125 crpc if no then suggest any judgement

UNDER SECTION 11 THE MARRAIGE CAN BE DISSOLVED IF IT CONTRAVENES ANY OF THE PROVISION MENTIONE IN CLAUSE (i), (iv) & (v) OF SECTION 5 AND NOT OTHERWISE. AS THE MARRIGE IS NOT DISSOLVED AND THE PETITON IS STILL PENDING SHE IS ENTITLED FOR MAINTAINANCE UNDER SECTION 125 CrPC.
