(Querist) 11 October 2012 This query is : Resolved 
A plaintiff filed a civil suite against the respondent by stating some 10 points in his plaint. In one of the points, he has made a statement which he himself knows that is wrong. The respondent also has a documentary proof against that point of the plaintiff and he can prove the respondent wrong w.r.to that point. Can the respondent by submitting that documentary proof in the court , pray to the court that the said point be excluded from the plaint of the plaintiff.

2.also file said document in court.
