If civil M.A filed by petioner in Distict court india and it is not registered .then what wll be the steps and procedure and when will oopsite party wil get notice or summon, is it after registeration or what?

After the application is registered and numbered, then it comes before the court and the court will pass the order of 'issue notice to the respondant', then the notice is issued.

first CMA shall be registered and numbered,then notice to the respondent will be issued after the payment of process fee.
