I would like to know about term for execution of decree in India Law and UK Law and I would like to know how long dose attachment of earning take, dose it limited? or it does limited by term execution of decree?

After decreed, you have to start your execute proceedings with in 12 years from the date of decree.. If you not take any steps with in 12 years mean you can't execute your decree which is in favour to you. This is first term..

it depends upon many factors,depending upon judge, parties take some time by giving reply etc.,other circumstances.

And about attachments, its depends upon the amount which is filed in your original suit.. Attachment can be from property or salary.. Simply says mean you can get attachment benefit for your money only..
