मेरे पापा ने जमीन का मम्मी के नाम पे बक्शीश पत्र करके दिया और मम्मी ने उसके दुसरेके नाम पे बक्शीश पत्र करके दिया पर वो जमीन मेरे पापा की है तो वो मुझे मिलनी चाहिए

No, since your father was absolute owner of the land so he had every right to transfer it through sale ,gift or any other modeas prr his wish, you have no right to claim the said land .

Your father being the absolute owner of the proeprty had transferred the property to your mother by executing a gift deed.
Ever since acquiring the property by the virtue of the gift deed, your mother becomes the absolute owner of the proeprty with clear and marketable title over it.
Therefore the act of she transferring the property in favor of a third person cannot be objected by you for any reason because you too are a third person having no interest in that property.
