Sir,

My name is suresh, I worked in manufacturing unit for the past 4 years. I resigned my job on 8.6.2013. Our employer rejected to give the 8 days salary. how to claims the amounts. after resignation what are all i will eligible my claims. Who will contact my job detais. I singed every day attendence register and salary received signature. My benefits in the company salary and one month bonus, leave encashment. If any other is eligible what is the proceedure .

You should send a letter to the employer regarding your claim. In case of no reply or unsatisfactory reply file an application with the labor officer of the area.

issue legal notice if the management fails to clear your dues
