Closed garage compensation in building redevelopment

I have a closed garage measuring approx 200 sqft. which is not attached to the building(a separate structure inside compound).My bldg is in redevelopment process.
As per the bye laws Flat includes garage.

What am I eligible to get in lieu of garage space?

Your space shall be included at par with the house occupation if the same is permitted. Proportinate allocation of space is your legal right irrespective of actual space.

Re-developer is not ready to compensate me for my garage.He can only provide max a stilt parking covered with walls;(no corpus ,etc)which is unreasonable if equated with garage size and market value.Also the developer has not mentioned the garage details in his offer document.

I have argued that I should be compensated at par with flat And that the developer has no right as against stilt parking as the same has to be given to the flat owners as per law.

CHS members are of same view as the developer.They are now blaming me for the delay in redevelopment process which is unfair.
