I Became Chairman in Aug 2011 With new 9 Members of Society in Godrej Hill Kalyan. Now For Each & Every time for any type of resoluton or even for Day To Day working 2 members started to Harrase Me.One Day one of the member called My wife for Lifting their Dust bin in absence of Sweeper.Noe pl advise how i can kick them out? Any Buy laws for Calling EGM for Electing New Committee in between?

Dear author! These are the practical problems which a office bearer comes to know only when he takes the office. It is very easy to contest election and to hold the chair but it is very hard to run it. As you are Chairman, members of the society have got legal power to make complaints to you and in your absence to your family members. There is no way out just to leave the chair by putting your papers which shall necessitate convening of emergency AGM and then it shall pave the way for next election.
