cooperative means work to be made in cooperation and its noun is cooperative whereas corporate means industrial sector.

Co-operative society means and refers to a group of individuals coming together with a common object or purpose and forming themselves into society to achieve the said object and registering themselves under the co-opertaive societies act. Corporate body means and refers to the company formed and incorporated under the Indian Companies Act.
