I am a Co-owner of a property in south mumbai total number of Co owners are seven of which 2 have expired I am intrested in protecting my share of the property how do I go about filing a caveat with sub-registrar old customers house Mumbai

File a suit for Partition. That's the only way of protecting u r right.

You have to file a suit for partition against other co owners and get decided your share then your share and rights will automatically protected.
