Your father has already done a crime by giving false information about your caste for which you will be held liable for the legal consequences. No person can claim any right arising out of his own wrongdoing. ... A person who has done wrong cannot take advantage of his own wrong ... he Supreme Court has reiterated that no one can be permitted to take undue advantage of his own wrong to gain favourable interpretation of law, and that he who prevents a thing from being done shall not avail himself of the non- performance he has occasioned.

The caste as recorded in the TC may not be of much consequence unless you wish to continue further studies. While applying for jobs, no one could be compelled to declare his caste unless he/she intends to avail of the benefits of reservation.
